This policy explains what information we collect when you use **clevelandrealestategroup.com** (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have written it to describe what actually happens on this Site, not to cover every possibility. ### Information you give us The Site has three forms. Whatever you type into them is sent to us by email so that we can respond. - **Cash offer request:** the address of the property you want to sell, your phone number, and your email address. - **Contact form:** your first and last name, phone number, email address, and your message. - **Buyers list signup:** your name, email address, phone number, the zip codes or cities you are interested in, your preferred number of bedrooms, price range, how soon you want to close, and any notes you add. If you call or text us, we also receive your phone number and whatever you tell us. ### How we use it We use the information you give us to do what you asked: to evaluate your property and make you an offer, to answer your message, or to send you properties that match what you told us you are looking for. We may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by telling us so, by replying STOP to a text message, or by using the unsubscribe link in an email. We keep records of our communications with you as ordinary business records. If you go on to sell a property to us or buy one from us, your information becomes part of the transaction records, which we keep as required by law. ### Who we share it with We do not sell your personal information. We share the information you give us only with: - **Service providers that operate the Site for us.** Form submissions are delivered to our email through Resend, an email delivery service, and every request to the Site passes through Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the Site. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us. - **Professionals involved in a transaction you choose to proceed with,** such as a title company, closing agent, or attorney, to the extent needed to complete it. - **Authorities, when the law requires it,** for example in response to a subpoena or court order, or when reasonably necessary to protect someone's safety. Separately from the information you give us, the analytics and advertising tools described below share limited information about your visit with Google and Meta. You can opt out of those tools; see "Your choices" below. ### Information collected automatically **Hosting and security (Cloudflare).** Like every website, the Site receives your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the Site and to block attacks. Our own server uses your IP address only to limit how many form submissions can be sent from one address in a short time. It does not keep a log of visitors. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in the [Cloudflare privacy policy](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/). **Bot protection on forms (Cloudflare Turnstile).** Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser when you use a form. It is a security control, it does not track you across other websites, and it does not use advertising cookies. **Website analytics (Google Analytics).** We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, what kind of device and browser they use, their approximate location based on IP address, and whether they send a form or tap a phone number. Google Analytics sets the cookies `_ga` and `_ga_*` in your browser to recognise repeat visits. Google does not store full IP addresses in Google Analytics. You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at [policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we switch Google's cookies and advertising features off by default. **Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel).** We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and the Site uses the Meta Pixel to measure whether those ads work. The pixel tells Meta that you visited a page, sent a form, or tapped our phone number, and it sets the cookie `_fbp` in your browser. If you have a Meta account, Meta can connect this activity to it. Meta also uses this information to help us show ads to people who visited the Site or who are similar to them. Meta's use of this data is described in the [Meta privacy policy](https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/). ### Cookies The Site itself does not set any cookies. The only cookies come from the two tools above: - `_ga` and `_ga_*` from Google Analytics, kept for up to two years. - `_fbp` from the Meta Pixel, kept for up to 90 days. Cloudflare Turnstile does not set tracking cookies. ### Your choices - **Google Analytics:** install the [Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) to stop Google Analytics on every site, or block cookies in your browser. - **Meta Pixel:** adjust "Your activity off Meta technologies" in your [Facebook settings](https://www.facebook.com/off_facebook_activity/), change your [ad preferences](https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/), or block cookies in your browser. - **Cookies in general:** every browser lets you block or delete cookies. The Site works without them. - **Your information:** you can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have given us, and we will do so regardless of where you live, unless we have to keep it for a completed transaction or for legal reasons. Contact us using the details at the end of this policy. ### Children The Site is meant for adults who want to buy or sell property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. ### Security The Site is served only over HTTPS, so what you send us is encrypted in transit. Only the people at Cleveland Real Estate Group who handle inquiries can see your submissions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never happen. ### Links to other sites The Site links to other websites, including our Facebook page. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them. ### Changes to this policy When we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
